Iron Trail Motors a Chevrolet and Toyota dealership is looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our team in the office as an office administrator. We are now accepting resumes and cover letters for candidates.
Essential Duties:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable including factory invoicing
- Properly process payments to vendors
- Account reconciliation
- Statement reconciliation
- Inventory entry
- Prepare paperwork for dealer trades
- Audit inventory lists and make appropriate corrections
- Receipt and audit payments
- Process deposits
- Assist Office Manager and General Manager with additional administrative duties
Requirements:
- Accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Must work well with others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
