Job Description

Iron Trail Motors a Chevrolet and Toyota dealership is looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our team in the office as an office administrator. We are now accepting resumes and cover letters for candidates.

Essential Duties:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable including factory invoicing
  • Properly process payments to vendors
  • Account reconciliation
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Inventory entry
  • Prepare paperwork for dealer trades
  • Audit inventory lists and make appropriate corrections
  • Receipt and audit payments
  • Process deposits
  • Assist Office Manager and General Manager with additional administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Must work well with others
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

This is a full-time position with benefits available!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience

Ability to Relocate:

  • Virginia, MN 55792: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
