Compensation Range: $26.00-$39.00/hour, depending on experience. Non-Exempt.

Work Hours: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Communicate documentation errors with Loan Processing and follow through to resolution.

  • Review drafted loan document packages for accuracy and completion.

  • Verify covenants required by the loan approval appear in the loan documents and that tracking ticklers are accurately set in the system.

  • Monitor errors to quickly identify trends, recognize potential training needs, and communicate findings with supporting data to the manager in a timely manner.

  • Review new note boardings, note modifications, and file maintenance to ensure system accuracy.

  • Review the closed loan file for total accuracy and completion, including the ticklers set in the system.

  • Review loan file system changes for total accuracy and adherence to policy and procedure requirements.

  • Communicate with loan team members in an effective and professional manner to resolve issues.

  • Review Customer ID, Beneficial Ownership, and OFAC performance, log results, communicate issues with the loan team, track resolutions, and draft reports for Compliance and other stakeholders. (Review the branches’ performance of the bank’s Customer ID and OFAC policy and procedure requirements. Review the branches’ performance of the bank’s Beneficial Ownership policy and procedure requirements.)

  • Monitor ongoing tickler reports and communicate with the loan team to ensure timely tickler maintenance.

  • Complete recurring and ad hoc internal loan reports.

  • Complete and submit recurring and ad hoc loan reports to external stakeholders such as the SBA, FSA, and participant banks.

  • Reconcile and balance assigned loan-related accounts.

  • Provide backup to the Loan Operations team.
