Job Description

We are seeking Expo Staff to join our team in ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and with the quality our guests expect. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate orders from the kitchen to the servers efficiently

  • Ensure plates are accurate, properly garnished, and presentable before leaving the kitchen

  • Communicate with cooks and servers to keep service flowing smoothly

  • Assist in expediting large orders and maintaining proper ticket times

  • Keep the expo station clean and organized throughout the shift

  • Monitor food quality and consistency

  • Support kitchen and service staff as needed during peak hours

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (training provided)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

  • Clear communication and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation

  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
