We are seeking a Service Department Receptionist and Scheduler to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Maintain rental unit fleet
- Perform other tasks in support of the service and parts departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
